Hey there! Nice to meet you.

I'm Kristin Ray-Sprenger, a UX strategist and digital experience designer who believes the best technology is the kind that gets out of the way and lets people do what they came to do. I've spent 20+ years working at the intersection of user experience, content strategy, and digital problem-solving across higher education and e-commerce. I'm especially passionate about reducing friction at the moments that matter most: when someone is trying to learn something new, make an important decision, or take a step they've been putting off.

My work

Every project here started with a real problem and a real person on the other side of the screen. Some of these are large-scale initiatives with months of research and iteration behind them. Others are examples of lightweight, strategic UX guidance that kept a development project on the right track. What they have in common is a focus on meeting users where they are, and making sure the technology serves them, not the other way around.
